As the warm season rolls in, ensuring your FIZI chocolate bars arrive in perfect, cool condition is our priority. To beat the heat, we pack each order with ice bags, keeping your treats perfectly chilled during their journey. Remember, the ice bags are for keeping things cool, not for consumption—please do not open or consume them.

Incomplete Contact Details: Ensure your contact information is full and accurate.
Delayed Pickup: If the package is not collected on the day of delivery. This includes packages left outside, at a postal office, or within any delivery locker system.
