    El sabor muy rico y muy frescas por el coco. Esa es la parte positiva. Pero todo lo que se comercializa me parece muy muy dulce. Sé que la receta es así y la mayoría necesita sabor dulce. Pero yo no tomo azúcar, ni derivados, ni casi azucares naturales en mi alimentación. Por no tolerarlo. Seguiré buscando. Pero no es queja ni crítica. Una barrita tipo bounty tiene que ser así. Yo no pondría el maltitol. Que tampoco es saludable. Bastante endulza el concentrado de manzana.

At FIZI, our rule is simple: we use only stuff that's good for us. That's why maltitol and apple syrup are perfect for adding that sweetness.
Is maltitol safe ?

For sure! Maltitol is a natural sweetener made from corn starch. With a glycemic index half of sugar (35), it doesn't spike blood sugar levels as high. It's totally fine even for folks with diabetes.

Can I give bars to children?
